My works are part of a poetic universe. This work is 1/5 in a miniseries called 'The Star People'. I love creating collections of beings that appear quirky and enigmatic. In many ways, they share a common story. Perhaps just about being human - or more than that? What unspoken stories do you find in The Star People?

The work is sold unframed. I recommend professional framing with art glass. You can also choose to buy a regular frame in a larger size and mount the work on a white backing board. This way, the work will have a kind of passe-partout.

The work is original. Signed, numbered, and dated on the front. The name of the series + number is on the back.

The work measures approximately 15x16-18 cm. Made on thick watercolor paper and is mixed media. The work has torn edges and is irregularly sized.

What is an original work?

An original artwork is unique – there is only one of each. Each piece is handcrafted on 300 g quality watercolour paper or canvas, where I work with mixed media: watercolour, gouache, coloured pencils, and pencil interact in layers and nuances. These artworks bear small traces from the process – these are not flaws but signs of craftsmanship and personality.
