I have long wanted to create art for children's rooms. Whether the artworks end up there doesn't really matter, but when I became a mother 2 years ago, an enormous interest and curiosity for children's rooms grew in me. That place is important, and I love watching my son play and explore in there. And now I'm working on some name/letter artworks. There is only one of each. Perfect for a gift too.

What is an original work?

An original artwork is unique – there is only one of each. Each piece is handcrafted on 300 g quality watercolour paper or canvas, where I work with mixed media: watercolour, gouache, coloured pencils, and pencil interact in layers and nuances. These artworks bear small traces from the process – these are not flaws but signs of craftsmanship and personality.
