Original work on 300 g watercolour paper. The work is mixed media - primarily watercolour and coloured pencil. The title is 'the new Miss Harlequin'. The work is sold unframed, and I am unable to assist with this at the moment.

The new Miss Harlequin is me. This work, and the process of creating it, symbolizes freedom, change, courage, and self-love for me. Also past and future. It is also a small tribute to my previous work titled 'Miss Harlequin', and thus a connection to "my former self". I love both works very much, and there is something very special about this lady.

What is an original work?

An original artwork is unique – there is only one of each. Each piece is handcrafted on 300 g quality watercolour paper or canvas, where I work with mixed media: watercolour, gouache, coloured pencils, and pencil interact in layers and nuances. These artworks bear small traces from the process – these are not flaws but signs of craftsmanship and personality.
